Very attentive wait staff. There's always one (even while others take a break for lunch) always standing watching tables to make sure every order, question, etc is attended to. Atmosphere is cozy. I ordered the katsu ramen. The taste was spot on, although the presentation looked very basic and more homemade than restaurant

The service was inadequate, I had a server whom kept asking the boss what I was asking. The food wasn’t that hot felt lukewarm. I found it strange that they didn’t have a container or packets of soy sauce like they were moderating how much we get. I ordered the chicken katsu and it had some black stuff on it. She claims it was seaweed. I remove said pieces and proceed to eat it. I also ordered the fried ice cream and it did not taste like anything sweet, and I’ve had it from other places before. Shortly after I got sick and threw it all back up.

A total gimmick. Don't waste your money! I really wanted to like this place, but as someone who seeks out authentic ramen everywhere I travel, this missed the mark completely. The Atmosphere & the decor tries hard to hit that traditional Japanese vibe, but the energy feels off. While the aesthetic is there, the execution in the kitchen is not. This isn’t about who owns the establishment; it’s about the respect for the craft. This Chinese own spot is a gimmick to the craft! This isn't food; it’s a gimmick designed to trick the 70% of people who don’t know any better. Just as I wouldn't expect a top-tier taco from a kitchen that doesn't specialize in Mexican cuisine, you can tell the heart isn't in the ramen here. The Food I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen, and it was a massive disappointment: β€’ The Broth: Tonkotsu should be rich and deeply flavored by the pork bone reduction. This was tasteless and thin. β€’ The Noodles: Overcooked and lacked the proper texture/snap. β€’ The Chashu: Completely bland. The presentation was okay, but that’s where the "effort" ends. It felt like a gimmick dish rather than a meal prepared with care. If you are going to serve a specialty dish like ramen, you h

I got the tonkotsu ramen and as an appetizer, the gyoza! The ramen broth was such a rich pork flavor, and they went heavy on the toppings as you can see. It was so good and I even took some home for leftovers. For $12 a bowl, I feel like that’s incredible. The server was quick and attentive too. 10/10

Authentic hole-in-the-wall with attentive staff and excellent food. They even prepared some helper chopsticks after observing my youngest practice and struggle.
